I don't have a record for Discord ID `1378572697180835851` in my user-kick links database. This Discord account either:
1. **Hasn't been linked yet** — They need to join the server and complete the verification process
2. **Hasn't verified their account** — They may have linked their Kick account but haven't completed the `!verify` step
If this is a user trying to claim rewards, they should:
1. Join Discord at **discord.gg/maccyb**
2. Complete verification in the verification channel
3. Open a ticket and run `!verify` + `!link <KickUsername>`
4. Then they can run `!claim`
If you need to look up a specific Kick account or want to check their verification status, let me know the Kick username instead.
