Thank you for sending the screenshot, however this is **not** what I need for verification.
This appears to be an **email response** from Gamba support, not a **live support chat conversation**.
**What I need instead:**
1. Go to **Gamba.com** and find the **live chat support** feature (usually a chat bubble icon in the bottom right corner of the website)
2. Start a live chat conversation with a Gamba support agent
3. Ask them: *"Can you please confirm I am registered under referral code Maccyb?"*
4. Wait for the agent to respond and confirm this in the chat
5. Take a **full, uncropped screenshot** of that **live chat conversation** showing the agent's confirmation message
6. Send that screenshot here
The screenshot must show the actual live chat interface with the support agent's message confirming your registration under code "Maccyb". An email response is not sufficient for verification purposes.
